BEESH SHIPPING/RETURNS POLICY
What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer free shipping for all domestic orders exceeding $150 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Shipping:
* we do not ship to P.O. boxes
Please allow 1-2 business days to process and fulfill your order. Once fulfilled, orders will take 3-8 business days to arrive, barring any carrier delays (all orders are shipped from Lakewood Ranch, Florida).
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days (barring any shipping delays that may occur). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you accept returns?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns on items in their original condition. Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of their arrival, with all tags, hygiene protection and original packaging included. If an item is returned without these items mentioned a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds for your returned items are refunded minus a $5 shipping fee (for domestic returns).
If any imperfection or missing items is discovered upon receipt of the bag, please contact support at hello@beesh.co within the first 5-days.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@beesh.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you ship overseas?
We ship all over the world. The customer is responsible for all duties and fees associated with the purchase. We do not offer exchanges or free returns. The customer is responsible for costs associated with the return.
